OUR LEADERSHIP
Simeon Tembure - Co-Founder and Project Engineer
Simeon is a greatest believer in philanthropism. Being the founder of this organisation, Simeon's vision is to change the livelihoods of Tembure villagers by initiating projects that focus on health, education and reforestation of the Tembure village. Simeon is a Information Technology Network Engineer abroad but with strong connection to the village. He believes in protecting the earth by reducing carbon hence introducing projects such as tree planting and Bio-gas for cooking.
Luckmore Tembure - Village Head
​
Luckmore has been the village head for a number of years working with the community for both village and government supported projects.Luckmore has a passion in making his village a model to the neighbouring villages by creating a green-belt and improving health to his community. He is very supportive all village initiated projects. Luckmore believes in empowering youngsters to bring back the knowledge for the development of his village.

Garikai Tembure - Executive Chairman
​
Garikai is a very experienced Engineer and entrepreneur who has been in the industry for more than 35 years. Garikai is very keen to bring back his wealthy knowledge by building back the village for the betterment of villages lives. Garikai is very instrumental in driving all the key projects proposed. As the Chairman, he is responsible for steering all the projects and making sure the goal is achieved.
Chris Mukumbareza - Chairman Tree Planting Project

Chris is an experienced graduate agriculturist with more than 40 years experience in some of the biggest Eastern Highlands plantations in Zimbabwe. Chris and his wife have both worked in research and management roles in Agriculture (Forestry). Chris bring valuable experience in our tree planting project. He is a key project drivers for tree project delivery. He is providing valuable knowledge in reforestation of the village. Chris is a great believer in Philanthropism and is helping tree planting project to a great extend.
Lloyd Tembure - Local Village Project Chairman

Lloyd Tembure is an experienced graduate educationist with 40+ years teaching and heading schools in Zimbabwe. Although he is retired, he still gets assignments from the Ministry of Education to monitor exams in the region. Lloyd brings vast knowledge in managing the local teams in delivering projects. Having been exposed to almost all the projects during his tenure as a teach, he brings valuable knowledge is executing the projects and motivating the community during project execution.
Piwai Charles Tembure - Project Advisor
​
Piwai is based in South Africa but worked in the Zimbabwe Police Force for more than 40 years. After retirement, he worked in a number security related tasks. Piwai is well connected to the village and is a believer in improving the community lives.
Piwai has a passion in modernising village within minimum negative impact to the climate. His vision is to see people migrating from cities to villages for better healthy life.

Luke Mukumbareza -Secretary
​
Luke is an experienced graduate educationist with 20+ years teaching and heading schools in Zimbabwe. He is currently a headmaster at Kugotsi Primary School. Luke is a key member in documenting all the deliverables. He brings vast knowledge in managing communities and executing projects. He was very instrumental in mobilising the villagers in liking the projects proposed. Luke is always at the village to monitor the projects being executed. As the secretary, he is responsible for minuting and passing information between different groups.
Mrs C Mapfumo - Committe Member

Mrs Mapfumo is an academia who graduated in Education. She has been a teacher for a number of years and currently she is heading a primary school in Mvurwi. Mrs is a very influential figure in rural development. She brings a lot of experience in working and executing projects with communities.

Mrs Mapfumo is looking forward to make a difference to the lives of villagers and also empowering equality from work and development perspective. She always brings people together and preaches harmony within families.
Amos Tembure - Vice Secretary
​
Amos is a experience machinist Engineer who is very industrious. Amos is looking forward to empowering the youth in being self sustaining by being innovative and putting entrepreneurship as the key to improving lives.
​
As, the vice secretary, he works with the secretary in documentation and being a mouth piece for the committee. Amos is very in offering vocationla training to children in the village, especially those who would have failed to further their education.
